🍽 Pre Ordered Pizza Party

Perfect for a relaxed, casual outdoor gathering. (Not served indoors during peak lunch periods)

No set menu - simply pre-order your pizzas in advance and enjoy them fresh from the oven as they’re ready.

Our deep-dish pizzas are made with 48-hour fermented dough, hand-stretched, generously topped and cut into 6 large slices.

👉 A flexible, easy-going option for groups.

How it works:

• Pre-order pizzas at least one week prior
• No set price per person — you’re only charged for what you order
• Pizzas are served progressively for sharing
• We recommend allowing around half a pizza per person for lunch
• One person handles payment on the day

Guests can also order additional items like cheese platters, fries and drinks at the bar.

✅ Dietary needs?

We’ve got you covered! We cater to gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and allergy-friendly options. Please let us know at least one week in advance.

✅ One bill, less fuss

We ask one person to handle payment for the shared dining options to keep things simple on the day.

✅ No deposit required

Instead, we request a pre-authorization, which is only charged if you cancel within:

• 2 weeks of a large booking
• 48 hours (for bookings of 10 or fewer).

If your event was booked outside and needs to be cancelled due to poor weather, no charge will apply.

✅ Surcharges

A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and 15% on public holidays.

✅ Children

Children don’t need to be included in group dining packages and can order from the kids’ menu separately. Kids’ meals are served with the first course, and you’re welcome to share one adult dining package between two or three children.

✅ BYO cakes welcome

You’re welcome to bring your own cake -we don’t charge a cake fee.

We just ask that you cut and serve it yourself and bring a disposable plates and napkins (cupcakes work perfectly).

We can store one cake box in our cool room per function.

✅ Decorations welcome

Feel free to bring flowers, photo booths, helium balloons and free-standing décor.

We kindly ask that you avoid confetti (except rose petals or similar), exploding streamers, open-flame candles, or anything adhesive on walls, windows or furniture.

🧾 How drinks are served

At Grünthal, drinks are ordered at the bar rather than table service, keeping things simple and relaxed.

For functions in the Greenhouse, we can also set up a ‘first drinks’ table on arrival so guests can grab a drink straight away without needing to line up.

Once these are finished, guests can continue ordering at the bar. We can provide wristbands for your group, or guests can simply let our team know they’re part of your booking and we’ll take care of the rest.

We offer a range of flexible spaces to suit everything from casual gatherings to full venue celebrations.

👉 Our largest indoor option is the Grünthal Greenhouse, but you can also choose from the Great Hall, Terrace, Lawns, or even exclusive use of the whole venue.

👉 For functions of 80+ guests, full venue closure is required.

Our largest indoor space, offering a relaxed light filled outdoor feel overlooking the lawns and terrace.

You can choose:

Greenhouse Exclusive Use

(required for groups over 40)

• Full private use of the space
• Microphone and TV for speeches/slides
• Option to play your own music
• Greater flexibility with layout and atmosphere

👉 Up to 80 guests standing | 60 seated
👉 Includes room hire and a minimum food and beverage spend (varies depending on the day)
👉 Optional: Add half of the adjoining terrace for $250 (subject to availability)
