A generous 3-course menu with the chef’s selection of three shared dishes
they pick from our small plates or specials menu, followed by pizzas and sides, finishing with your preselected choice of sweet dessert or savoury cheese as your third course (cheese works really well if you’re planning on serving cake too). An awesome feast!

🍕 Grünthal ‘Feed the Guys’ – $49/head
Perfect for buck’s shows or boys day out (or anyone keen for this option), this menu includes a shared selection of our pizzas and fries with truffle Vegemite aioli plus a pint of beer of your choice.
👉Add dessert or shared cheese platters for $10/head.

🍸Grünthal ‘Feed the Gals’ – $49/head
Ideal for hen’s days, baby showers, girls day out, or anyone who loves a
grazing experience! Includes shared small plates, a side, cheese platters, and
one Pretty in Pink Cocktail or Mocktail per person.

☕ Grünthal High Tea – $65/head
High Tea, Grünthal style… laid-back, delicious, and fuss-free! Enjoy a
selection of handmade sweet and savoury treats, served with a glass of
Sparkling Wine or a Mimosa, plus tea or coffee.

🧀 Grünthal ‘Grazing Table’ – $30/head (served indoors only)
Make your event unforgettable with a Grazing Table that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Each table is heaving with a curated selection of cheeses from across Australia and the world, smallgoods, breads, dips, fruits, and more - all chosen for peak flavour and presentation. 👉 Add sweets or pizzas for $10 per person or ask us about hot canapés and other tailored options. (Minimum 30 people, available inside only.)

Perfect for a morning or afternoon gathering when you don't need a full lunch but still want something delicious to share. Not served indoors during busy lunch periods - usually an outdoor option.

🔥Pre-Ordered Pizza Party (served outdoors only)
Perfect for a casual outdoor gathering with great food.
👉 We recommend preordering at least one pizza per 2 people for lunch, and one pizza between 3 to 4 people for a snack. Our deep-dish pizzas are made with 48-hour fermented dough, hand-stretched and generously topped. Each pizza is cut into 6 large slices and served in a rolling manner, fresh from the oven as they're ready.
👉 Please note: Pizza parties are designed for relaxed, outdoor settings and can’t be booked indoors during peak lunch periods.

✅ Dietary needs? We’ve got you covered! We cater to gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and allergy-friendly options. Please let us know at least one week in advance.

✅ One bill, less fuss. We ask one person to handle payment for the shared dining options.

✅ No deposit required! Instead, we request a pre-authorization, which is only charged if you cancel within two weeks of your large booking.

✅ A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and 15% on public holidays. This excludes pre booked Feed Mes (not pizza parties) until June 30th, 2026.

✅ Children’s meals don’t have to be included in the adult dining options and can be ordered separately. Kids' meals will be served with the first course. You can also share one adult dining experience between two or three children to keep it simple.

✅ BYO cakes welcome! We don’t charge a cake fee - we just ask that you cut your own cake and bring disposable plates and napkins. Cupcakes are perfect for this. We can store your cake in the cool room until you need it too and can allocate one box space per function. If you are planning on bringing cakes that don’t fit in one box, please bring your own esky to store them on the day.

✅ Decorations welcome! Feel free to bring flowers, photo booths, helium balloons, and free-standing décor. We kindly ask that you avoid confetti, exploding streamers, open-flame candles, or anything adhesive on walls, windows, or furniture.     

✅ Bar tab options – we can arrange an open bar, set a drink value limit (e.g. $12 or under per drink), set a total bar spend, or simply have guests order and pay as they go. BYO drinks aren't available, but we have an extensive drinks list for you to enjoy.

Here’s how drinks can be arranged for your function:

🍻 Pay As You Go – Guests simply order and pay at the bar as they go.

🍷 Bar Tab Drinks are ordered at the bar and one person pays at the end. Tabs can be:

• Limited to a set dollar amount ($12 or under for example)
• Restricted to specific beverages (no spirits for example)
• Open bar tab with no restrictions

🍾 Pre-Ordered Drinks – Drinks can be organised ahead of time. For example:

• A select drink or cocktail on arrival
• Bottles of wine on tables for guests to pour themselves

🥂 Drinks Packages – Available only for events with full venue closure.

Grünthal Brew offers several spaces to suit your event, whether it’s a casual gathering or a full venue takeover. Our most popular space is the Grünthal Greenhouse, but you can also choose from The Great Hall, The Terrace, The Lawns, or even The Whole Venue.

🕕 Private Functions After Hours

We can stay open until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays for $250/hr.

On Sundays, after-hours functions are $400/hr.

To provide an accurate quote, including any room hire fees or minimum spends, please email us with:

2️⃣ What area of the venue are you interested in? (Usually its the Greenhouse but if booked we can provide you with other options too)
