A generous 3-course shared menu with the chef’s selection of three shared dishes (chosen from our small plates or specials menu), followed by pizzas and sides, and finishing with dessert or cheese. Guaranteed to leave you full!

🍕 Grünthal ‘Feed the Guys’ – $49/head
Perfect for buck’s shows (or anyone keen for this feast!), this menu includes a shared selection of our pizzas and fries with truffle Vegemite aioli plus a pint of beer of your choice.

🍷 Grünthal ‘Feed the Gals’ – $49/head
Ideal for hen’s days, baby showers, or anyone who loves a grazing experience! Includes shared small plates, a side, cheese platters, and one Pretty in Pink Cocktail or Mocktail per person.

High Tea, Grünthal style—laid-back, delicious, and fuss-free! Enjoy a selection of handmade sweet and savory treats, served with a glass of Sparkling Wine or a Mimosa, plus tea or coffee.

🍢 Grünthal ‘Feed my Friends a Little’ – $27/head
Snack-style share platters featuring finger foods like Grünthal Fries with Truffle Vegemite Aioli, Mushroom Arancini, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls with tomato sauce and mustard, and Karaage Chicken with Aioli. Perfect for an afternoon gathering when you don’t need a full lunch.

🧀 Grünthal ‘Grazing Table’ – $30/head
A beautifully styled banquet table featuring cheese, olives, pickles, cold meats, dips, fruit, breads, crackers and more.

🍕 Pre-Ordered Pizza Party
Pizzas can be pre-ordered in lots of up to 8 at a time, with multiple rounds available, charged at individual prices. Perfect for a casual gathering with great food!

ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO

✅ Children’s meals don’t have to be included in the adult dining options and can be ordered separately. Kids' meals will be served with the first course.

✅ All group menus are served as a shared, progressive dining experience.

✅ Dietary needs? We’ve got you covered! We cater to gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and allergy-friendly options. Please let us know at least one week in advance.

✅ One bill, less fuss – We prefer one person to handle payment for the shared dining options.

✅ No deposit required! Instead, we request a pre-authorization, which is only charged if you cancel within two weeks of your booking.

✅ BYO cakes welcome! We don’t charge a cake fee—we just ask that you cut your own cake and bring disposable plates and napkins, cupcakes are perfect for this. We can store your cake in the cool room until you need it too.

We don’t do drinks packages—instead, we keep it flexible with a user-pays system. This way, you and your guests can drink what you love without restrictions.

Here’s how drinks can be organised:

🍻 Pay As You Go – Guests simply order and pay at the bar as they go.

🍷 Bar Tab – Drinks are ordered at the bar and one person pays at the end. Tabs can be:
✅ Limited to a set dollar amount
✅ Restricted to specific beverages
✅ Open bar tab with no restrictions

🍾 Pre-Ordered Drinks – Drinks can be organised ahead of time. For example:
✅ A select drink or cocktail on arrival
✅ Bottles of wine on tables for guests to pour themselves

🍸Want to subsidise drinks for your guests? No problem! Hosts can put $5 towards every drink ordered—guests pay the balance, and the host covers the rest at the end of the event.

Grünthal Brew offers several spaces to suit your event, whether it’s a casual gathering or a full venue takeover. Our most popular space is the Grünthal Greenhouse, but you can also choose from The Great Hall, The Terrace, The Lawns, or even The Whole Venue.

⏰ Venue Opening Hours

Monday – Wednesday: 10am – 4pm

Thursday: 10am – 5pm

Friday & Saturday: 10am – 10pm

Sunday: 10am – 5pm

🕕 Private Functions After Hours

We can stay open until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays for $250/hr.

On Sundays, after-hours functions are $400/hr.

Cakeage 🎂🎉 BYO cakes welcome!

We do not charge cakeage if you bring disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery and cut the cake yourselves. If you require us to provide plates and cutlery, we charge the lesser of $3 per head or $60 per group.

Decorations 🎈

We welcome decorations! Feel free to bring:
✔ Flowers, photo booths, helium balloons, and free-standing décor.

🚫 Please avoid confetti-like decorations, exploding streamers, candles with flames (as opposed to battery operated) or anything adhesive on walls, windows, or furniture.

BYO Drinks 🍷

We do not offer BYO, but we have an extensive drinks list for you to enjoy.

What We Need to Know to Quote Your Event

To provide an accurate quote, including any room hire fees or minimum spends, please email us with:

1️⃣ Which food option are you interested in?
2️⃣ What area of the venue are you interested in? (Usually its the Greenhouse but if booked we can provide you with other options too)
3️⃣ Is your event a sit-down meal or a stand-up gathering?
4️⃣ What’s your ideal date and time?
5️⃣ How many people are you expecting, including breakdown of adults and children?

 

Weddings, Grünthal Style

We’re not your traditional white wedding venue—but if you’re after great food, great drinks, and a relaxed, fun celebration with your favourite people, then Grünthal Brew is the perfect spot.

Our weddings are all about good vibes, shared feasts, and zero fuss—the same incredible food, drinks, and atmosphere we’re known for, just with you at the centre of it all.

We offer the same food packages for weddings as we do for private functions.

We generally don’t host ceremonies, as it means closing early to our regular guests, but we do have flexibility to close the venue on Fridays for both ceremonies and celebrations. If you’re planning a larger reception, we can close the venue at night on weekends for private access to the whole space. For a smaller, more intimate celebration, you can book The Greenhouse—which keeps costs down and lets us stay open to the public.

The Greenhouse seats up to 60 guests, but for a bridal table, mingling space, and a dance area, we recommend closer to 40 seated or up to 60 for a cocktail-style event.
