Absolutely loved the session. It was extremely well organised and the learning process was easy to follow. Sheree also gave us a cheese masterclass which was informative and delicious, as was the wine and brownie. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning to make cheese. My participation was a gift and I can't wait to get started on my cheese making journey. Support a local SA company and do yourself a favour and get along. I only wish I had booked a table afterwards at the brewery! Great location, great session!

Did an Udder Delights “Easy Cheesemaking” course on Saturday with Sheree to make a Feta style cheese. The class was really interesting with a step by step guide of the process. Sheree made the class informative and entertaining. We were treated to a lovely tasting platter of 4 cheeses and a drink of our choice. This platter made me rethink some of my biased opinions on what types of cheeses I liked. Later in the day this was followed by a chocolate & raspberry brownie - which is worth a try if you are visiting at some time.
5 stars - great learning experience, I chose to marinade mine - one of 3 small jars.
