Saul and Sheree Sullivan have been cheesemakers for over 35 years combined, starting with Udder Delights—a humble goat dairy and cheese factory founded in 1999 by Sheree’s parents.

From its roots in the Adelaide Hills town of Lobethal, Udder Delights has grown into one of Australia’s largest producers of Brie and Camembert, while also crafting fresh goat cheeses and blue cheeses.

In 2006, the Sullivans opened the Udder Delights Cheese Cellar in Hahndorf to showcase all things cheese. Now, they’ve brought their cheese expertise to Grünthal Brew in Verdun, sharing their passion through cheese tasting, education, and experiences.
