Learn how to make cheese at home with cheesemaker Sheree Sullivan

Learn how to make cheese and join celebrated Udder Delights’ cheese maker (and one of the state’s newest brewers) Sheree Sullivan for a fun and informative cheese making class. Sheree has over 21 years of cheese making experience and has honed her knowledge and teaching ability to deliver a class where you will leave equipped with know-how and ability.

Be prepared for a hands-on experience where you get to do and eat everything. You’ll craft your own feta, while also learning how the same recipe can be used to make camembert, and lots more!

Taste your way through an in-depth cheese making lesson and fresh-baked ciabatta, accompanied by a glass of Hesketh wine or Grunthal beer. You’ll learn how to make cheese while enjoying coffee or tea and a selection of house-made cakes.

Each guest will leave with recipes and some small items to help with home cheese-making, plus a $10 voucher to spend in store.

The cheese making classes costs $190 per head and are held in the new purpose built Grünthal Greenhouse throughout the year, usually on a Saturday between 10am and 1:30pm, but also on the occasional Friday or Sunday. Book your cheese making class now.
